The engagement of human or personnel at work place is treated as human resources and at the time of calculation human resource capital, human resource is an integral part of an organization. This vital part of the organization is needed to consider everywhere, even in the financial statements as resources. The purpose of the study is to evaluate, how much importance is given to the human resource issues by the public limited companies which are enlisted under Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited. Researchers covered the area of sevenmajor sectors of Bangladesh namely Ceramics, Engineering, Finance, Foods, Banking, Power, and Pharmaceuticals. Data are then analyzed and interpreted based on the context, internal consistency, frequency and extensiveness of comments.
